Fasgadh, Scouriemore

Bed and Breakfast in Northwest Sutherland

Set in the outskirts of the village of Scourie, Fasgadh, in Scouriemore offers welcoming, family run Bed and Breakfast accommodation.

This tranquil rural community offers an escape from the pressures of everyday life, with the opportunity to explore the natural beauty, impressive coastlines and nearby mountain splendour, typical of the far northwest corner of Scotland.

Starting in the parish of Eddrachilles, the varied coastline stretches from the rugged cliffs of Stoer Point, to include the stunning views of Eddrachilles Bay, Scourie Bay, Handa Island, Polin Beach, the extensive beach at remote and picturesque Sandwood Bay and finally the remote high cliffs of Cape Wrath.  These are undoubtedly some of the most spectacular coastlines in Britain, being home to a wide variety of marine and bird life.

Explore our web site picture gallery to discover the richness of our surroundings, and look in the "Things to Do" page to discover many interesting places to visit during your stay.

We look forward to welcoming you to Scourie, and even if you have just been browsing, or plan to visit sometime in the future, why not sign our guestbook and let us know what you think of our web site and our pictures.

 Your hosts at Fasgadh,

 Sandra and Hugh MacKay
